Our Policies

• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.
• The deposit will be applied to your total service cost.
• Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be canceled.
• If you no-show or fail to pay a deposit, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings.

• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $10 fee added to your next appointment if the spot cannot be filled.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $15 fee added to your next service.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call before arriving.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may receive partial service or have the appointment canceled to avoid delaying other clients.

• For safety and allergy reasons, children are not allowed at the shop due to chemical use.
